Shipping & Returns
Caviar of Switzerland orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays) and are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery date for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
Free shipping is offered on all orders placed on our website. We understand that getting your purchased items quickly is important so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect your package to be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Taxation & Customs Duty
Shipments sent to your country might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by the specific country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Returns
Only unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging with original labels can be accepted as returns within 7 business days of payment. Refunds are subject to photographic evidence. The customer will incur the shipping fee for the return package. No returns are accepted for any other reason apart from the aforementioned.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item(s) to us (make sure you keep a copy of the proof of postage in case we do not receive the returned parcel, as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit).
In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible via Web Messaging.
Please provide the order number and ensure that you keep the box, packing materials including packing note and all items received for inspection.

Undelivered Packages
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undelivered. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered.
